Q1. I registered as in-person but am no longer able to attend in-person. How do I proceed?

Q2. What’s included in the program?
SKO consists of team building activities, mainstage keynotes, breakout tracks, meals, receptions, entertainment, and so much more!
Q3. How do I get reimbursed for fees incurred during this program?
Please keep all personal receipts and submit an expense report in Coupa following the event. Please refer to our Travel and Expense Policy for additional details.
Partners are responsible for their own travel expenses.
Q4. Am I required to attend the receptions and meals?
You are highly encouraged to attend all receptions and meals.
Q5. Am I able to participate virtually?
Yes, if any attendee is unable to attend in-person, they will have access to view our Mainstage sessions live. Instructions will be provided as we get closer to the event. Please note VP approval is needed for permission to attend the Mainstage sessions virtually.
Partner attendance is in-person only.
Q6. I would like to extend my trip. How do I arrange this?
Please include this in your travel request submission and refer to the Travel and Expense Policy for additional details.
Q7. Will I need to arrange my own ground transportation to and from the airport?
Ground transportation will be arranged roundtrip from airport to hotel for you by the travel team. The travel team will provide confirmation of your transportation details prior to the event. Please note if you are pre or post extending for personal reasons, transportation is not provided outside of official travel days for SKO.
Q8. I can’t arrive on the main arrival day. What should I do?
VP approval is needed for any late arrivals. Please note this in your travel request and include your VPs email approval with the request. Please share your approval email with the SKO Team atsko@zuddl.com.
Q9. I need to depart a day early. Is this permissible?
VP approval is needed for any early departures. Please note this in your travel request and include your VPs email approval with the request. Please share your approval email with the SKO Team atsko@zuddlcom. All departures will be after 1:00 PM on Friday, August 30.
